Responsibilities
- Provide timely support by addressing user tickets related to hardware, software, and networking issues

Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or a similar role (including internships/co-ops)
- Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and/or Mac OS environments
- Working knowledge of office productivity tools and computer peripherals
- Basic understanding of network security practices and antivirus tools
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues remotely and explain solutions clearly
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Customer-first mindset with a proactive and positive attitude
- Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Computer Science or a related field
