Patient Service Associate, Specialist Outpatient Clinic*(5043)

Responsibilities

• Counter Registration
• Perform registration and screening of patients
• Perform accurate billing and timely collection of payments
• Comply to clinic facilities readiness
• Consultation Room
• Assist clinicians and/or therapists during clinic consultation.
• Provide proper care and coordination and coordinate first/follow-up appointments for patients.
• Manage wait time and keep patient updated in a timely manner.
• Key Requirements
• Minimum "N" Level.
• Healthcare or service or related industry preferred but not required.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
