About the role
As the RTR Assembly Manager (FE Equipment Maintenance) , you will lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians responsible for maintaining and improving Front-End manufacturing equipment. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements. Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts, and vendor relationships. What You Need to Have Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field). 8+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, equipment engineering, or maintenance. 3+ years of people management experience. Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement methodologies. Experience with OEE, MTBF, MTTR, TPM, Lean, or Six Sigma tools. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
