Your new role: This role will be responsible for supporting and executing the social media strategy for WBD's General Entertainment Basic Brands in Brazil, including TNT, TNT Series, Space, Warner, Discovery and Home & Health, while also contributing to the regional YouTube LATAM growth strategy. This role will coordinate editorial calendars, publishing workflows, campaign execution, content localization, performance reporting, agency deliverables, community insights and YouTube initiatives, ensuring that social media efforts are aligned with the broader 360° Marketing strategy and regional business priorities. Your role accountabilities: Coordinate the day-to-day social media execution for Basic Brands in Brazil, Support the development and management of editorial calendars, social content plans, publishing schedules and campaign timelines. Monitor content performance and identify optimization opportunities to improve. Coordinate YouTube publishing plans, metadata optimization, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, playlists, community posts and performance tracking. Partner with Brand Strategy, GTM Brazil, Media Planning, Creative Services, Programming and regional Social Media teams to support integrated 360° campaign execution. Coordinate social amplification plans for priority titles, live events, local productions, tentpole campaigns and brand initiatives. Collaborate with creative teams and agencies to develop platform-native assets, social-first formats and localized content adaptations. Track and analyze social media and YouTube performance, including reach, engagement, views, watch time, subscribers, audience retention, sentiment and competitive benchmarks. Prepare recurring reports, campaign recaps and actionable insights to inform optimization and decision-making. Support social listening efforts to identify cultural opportunities, potential risks and audience insights. Assist with budget tracking, purchase orders, administrative processes and operational needs related to social media and YouTube initiatives. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or related field. Advanced english Experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, Audience Development or YouTube channel management, preferably within entertainment, media, streaming, TV networks or consumer brands. Strong knowledge of the Brazilian social media landscape, entertainment culture, digital trends, creators and fandom behavior. Experience working with agencies, creative teams, media planning and cross-functional stakeholders. Experience with social media management and analytics tools such as Sprinklr, Emplifi, Hootsuite, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, Dash Hudson or similar platforms. Strong proficiency in PowerPoint/Keynote, Excel/Google Sheets and reporting dashboards. Other nice to have: Spanish is a plus. Experience supporting regional LATAM campaigns from a local market perspective. Experience with creators, influencers, branded content or social amplification initiatives. Strong understanding of Gen Z and Millennial audience behaviors in Brazil and LATAM. How We Get Things Done... This last bit is probably the most important!
