Responsibilities

  • Solicit, analyze, and underwrite new and renewal business for General Liability, Liquor Liability, Workers' Compensation, and Commercial Automobile risks

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in commercial casualty underwriting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, pricing, and portfolio management within the commercial casualty insurance segment.
  • Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize workflows, and manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a professional demeanor in both written and verbal interactions.
  • Established relationships with brokers
  • Proficiency in underwriting software, data analysis, and Microsoft Office Suite.
