- Strong understanding of modern design systems, component libraries, and responsive layouts
- Comfortable collaborating directly with founders and engineers to iterate quickly
- Ownership mentality - you care about every detail, from the user journey to pixel-level execution
- Bonus: Experience designing fintech, dashboards, payment flows, or onboarding funnels
