Responsibilities
- Organize the weekly "EnergyGrub North" team lunch each Wednesday
- Work with office team members to restock groceries on a weekly basis
- Liaise with the building manager to ensure that lease issues, construction projects, and other office matters are promptly and effectively addressed
- Assist with ordering and stocking office supplies
- Interface with custodial staff as needed to ensure office cleanliness and upkeep
- Collaborate with Brooklyn-based staff to support events and other office initiatives as needed

Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with office management, including lifting, moving, and unpacking boxes up to 25 pounds.
- Interest in or familiarity with the clean energy sector is a plus
