Job Title: Campus Visit Coordinator Department: Admissions Job Description: The Campus Visit Coordinator provides accounting and administrative support for the Enrollment Division - including Vice President for Enrollment, Director of Admission, admission counselors, Senior Fellows, and other student employees to create a team environment for coordinating visit data and scheduling activities for prospective students and their families. Job Requirements: High school degree or GED. Some college preferred. Demonstrated quality customer service experience required. Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects. Must be self-directed, have a passion for serving others, be able to anticipate needs of students and families and to construct visits that exceed expectations. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel required. Must be comfortable learning new computer software programs. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Maintain accurate inventory of admission materials and coordinate mailing of counselor material requests. Assist with administrative responsibilities as assigned by Vice President, Director, and/or Senior Associate Directors, including but not limited to work orders and managing invoices. Hire, train, and supervise student employees and manage interns who help support campus visit tasks. Manage office space, maintain inventory, and coordinate ordering of office supplies to ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment. Manage on-line visit requests, send confirmations, and update on-line visit software with appropriate visit information. Work with Enrollment Services to initiate process improvement regarding on-line scheduling and customer concerns. Work as a team with interns and admission counselors to ensure a quality campus experience for students and families. Greet students and families arriving daily to visit the College. Effectively communicate with current members of the College community and prospective students and families regarding visit requests in order to create a personalized visit. Maintain working knowledge of office policies and procedures and of computers and software used in the office. Respond to general information about the college through admission email address and phone calls, directing calls to appropriate staff members as needed. Provide courteous customer service in person, through email and on the phone. Provide support to the student tour guide program through schedule maintenance and attendance records. Submit compensation requests through WorkDay as tours are conducted.
