Your day-to-day responsibilities - Provide day-to-day IT support for ICEYE employees globally, troubleshooting endpoint, access, and secure communications issues - Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot secure communication platforms and associated endpoint configurations - Manage device provisioning, endpoint lifecycle operations, patching, and MDM configurations across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments - Administer user access, SSO assignments, and permissions management using IAM platforms including Okta - Create and maintain operational documentation for IT procedures, endpoint configurations, and issue resolution workflows - Support enterprise networking and secure connectivity troubleshooting across VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and related infrastructure - Collaborate with global IT and stakeholder teams to ensure operational continuity and a high standard of user support
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hands-on IT support, systems administration, or IT engineering role
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
- Practical experience with endpoint management tools such as Intune, Kandji, Workspace One, Puppet, or Ansible
- Experience working with identity and access management platforms, with Okta experience considered highly valuable
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and enterprise connectivity troubleshooting
- Experience using enterprise IT Service Desk ticketing systems
- Ability to manage operational priorities and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a national security clearance within the country of employment
- Experience with GitOps, infrastructure as code, or modern automation tooling
- Experience administering secure communication or enterprise mobility platforms
- Familiarity with technologies such as Keycloak, Mattermost, Nextcloud, FleetDM, Palo Alto, Cisco, or Juniper
- Experience supporting global or distributed workforces in an international environment
