Test & Integration Manager - Defense Electronics - Onsite position The Test & Integration Manager leads system integration, verification, validation, and production test activities for complex aerospace and defense electronic systems. This role manages multidisciplinary engineering teams and ensures products meet technical, schedule, quality, and customer requirements from development through production. Liaison between the Manufacturing Operations team and Engineering for system troubleshooting and anomaly resolution - Define and oversee: Test plans Test procedures Qualification protocols Acceptance testing Environmental testing - Coordinate with: Program Management Hardware Engineering Manufacturing Quality Supply Chain Customers - Ensure compliance with defense and aerospace standards. - Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for integration and test failures. - Support customer demonstrations, audits, and technical reviews. - Manage project schedules, staffing, budgets, and resource planning. What You Bring - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering; Computer Engineering or any related technical discipline - 8-10+ years of experience in: System integration Electronics testing Test equipment development and maintenance Aerospace/defense engineering 3-5+ years of people leadership experience - Experience with: Electronic subsystems Hardware integration Debug and failure analysis Automated test environments - Knowledge of: Requirements traceability Configuration management Verification methodologies Manufacturing test processes Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
