Job Description: The Intake Assistant at a Law Firm serves as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient intake process. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high volume of phone calls while collecting and entering accurate client information. The Intake Assistant also supports translation needs to facilitate clear communication. Schedule: Monday to Friday 10AM to 7PM CST Monthly compensation: 1,142 to 1,220 USD Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Answer and manage a high volume of incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner Conduct initial client intake, gathering required information accurately and efficiently Guide clients through the intake process and address general inquiries Perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Provide translation and language assistance as needed to support client communication Maintain organized records and ensure all client information is properly documented Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and client experience
