Sr. Systems Engineer (MBSE)

Requirements

• Due to federal contract requirements, applicants must be U.S. persons and eligible for a U/S. security clearance
• A bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field.
• An advanced degree in SE or a related field preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience generally required.
• A commitment to understanding and advocating for the needs and preferences of end users across a program.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex human factors findings and recommendations articulately to a wide range of audiences.
• Developing leadership and mentorship skills; ability to cultivate a culture of user-centric design and knowledge sharing.

Th Role: As a Sr. Systems Engineer (MBSE) , you are in an experienced position that may include traditional systems engineering functions, human systems integration (HSI), and/or model-based systems engineering (MBSE) scope. In this position you will play a significant role in the application of MTI's user-centered research, analysis, design, and development process. You will work independently and as part of a team as you lead tasks, support junior engineers, and create highly-effective solutions for complex, critical missions.
