📊 Account Executive 📍 Location: Tuas Crescent MRT, Singapore 💰 Salary: $2,500 - $3,800 ⏰ Working Hours Monday to Friday 8:15 AM - 5:30 PM 📅 Rest Days 8 Days Per Month ✅ No Regular Weekend Work 🏢 About the Company A well-established company specializing in the wholesale distribution of paints and coatings products in Singapore. 📋 Job Responsibilities - Handle full sets of accounts independently - Verify supplier invoices and ensure proper approval before payment processing - Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and GST-related matters - Process petty cash claims and reimbursements - Perform monthly bank reconciliations and prepare weekly bank balance reports - Maintain proper accounting records and documentation for audit and tax purposes - Assist in month-end closing and year-end audit activities - Participate in stock-taking exercises and inventory-related matters - Support other accounting and administrative duties as assigned ✅ Requirements - LCCI Certificate or equivalent Accounting qualification - Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment - Familiar with full set accounting functions - Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be an added advantage - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Responsible, hardworking, and able to meet deadlines - Able to work independently and follow company procedures - Motorcycle commuting is acceptable 🎁 Benefits ✔ Annual Leave and Medical Leave after confirmation ✔ Salary review and increment opportunities based on performance ✔ Stable and established company ✔ Career development opportunities ✔ Professional and supportive working environment 🌟 Why Join Us? ✔ Monday-Friday work schedule ✔ Work-life balance ✔ Exposure to manufacturing and inventory accounting ✔ Long-term career growth opportunities 📩 Interested applicants are welcome to
