Air Cargo Operations Executive [Entry Level / Shift Work] - WCAN

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Customer Service and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth shipment operations.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including Air Waybills (AWBs).
• Accurately input shipment details, including dimensions, weight, freight rates, and cargo information into the system.
• Verify Dangerous Goods (DG) and temperature-controlled shipments for regulatory and operational compliance.
• Issue pre-alert notifications to overseas agents and destination offices.
• Monitor consolidation cut-off times and ensure timely cargo lodgement for urgent shipments.

Requirements

• Experience in air export/freight forwarding operations.
• Knowledge of AWB preparation, shipping documentation and IATA regulations.
• Familiar with DG and temperature-controlled cargo handling.
• Strong coordination, communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry and compliance awareness
