Responsibilities

  • Evaluate current and future training needs for technician personnel
  • May mentor, train and/or onboard new and existing employees

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent with 3-5 years of related experience and/or training in electronic engine, transmission or reefer repairs; Willingness to work across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends
  • 5 years of experience and/or training in heavy tractor and/or automotive repairs
  • Proficient communication skills (written and verbal) effectively
  • Ability to document information and make quick decisions
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work both individually and as a team
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Experience in truck/automotive industry
  • Extensive experience in electronic engine, transmission and reefer repairs
  • Fluent in diagnostic software
  • Proficient Organization skills
  • Proficient time management skills
  • Ability to work with under minimal direction
  • Travel up to 20%
