Your new company Our client is one of the largest commodities in the world, and they are currently seeking a Trade Finance Officer to join their team in Singapore. Your new role Prepare, review, and verify Letter of Credit (LC) documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, insurance certificates, and other shipping documents. Ensure all documents comply with UCP 600 guidelines and the terms and conditions of each LC and trade recap. Identify, investigate, and resolve document discrepancies prior to submission to minimize delays or rejection by banks. Liaise with banks on the submission, negotiation, and processing of Export Letters of Credit. Monitor and track LC discrepancies, amendments, acceptance status, and payment progress. What you'll need to succeed 1-3 years of relevant experience in trade finance.
