Job Description Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, has an exciting full-time employment opportunity for a mid-senior level Associate within our Corporate Practice in our San Diego office. Job Requirements The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in corporate transactions with an emphasis on public and private M&A, including start-up and venture capital transactions. Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements and the other documentation used in complex M&A and private equity transactions and proficiency in drafting the same. This position requires a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity, and a proven willingness to accept significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have the ability to work effectively as part of a team across practice areas. Strong academic credentials and writing skills are essential. Candidates must be admitted to the California Bar.
