Join Our Orthopedic Trauma Team! We are seeking a skilled and motivated Orthopedic Trauma Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative, dedicated team providing high-quality care to patients with acute orthopedic injuries. Requirements
- Master's Degree in Nursing (Nurse Practitioner)
- Board certification (NP-C, FNP-C, AGACNP, etc.)
- Active or eligible state licensure
- BLS required (ACLS may be required depending on setting)
- We're especially interested in candidates with experience in orthopedics, trauma, or surgical care.
- Experience in orthopedic surgery, trauma, or inpatient surgical care preferred
- 3 + years experience in supervision and independent decision making in major nursing areas preferred
- Comfortable managing pre- and post-operative patients
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and care coordination skills
