Director of Procurement (Hardware)

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or global supply management, ideally within consumer electronics or high-growth hardware environments
• Proven experience leading and developing global, distributed teams
• Deep expertise in supplier negotiation, contract management, and cost modeling
• Strong understanding of electronics supply chains, including components, contract manufacturing, and APAC supplier ecosystems
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively across both strategic and executional responsibilities
• Experience supporting new product introduction and scaling into mass production
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence Engineering, Operations, and Finance partners
• Willingness to travel internationally to support supplier engagement and business needs
• Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, this leader will define and execute global sourcing strategies that ensure cost competitiveness, supply continuity, and world-class supplier performance. This role will be instrumental in scaling procurement capabilities to support rapid growth, partnering cross-functionally to drive alignment from new product introduction through mass production.
