POSITION SUMMARY Buyer Planner II drives material availability, inventory optimization, and supply continuity supporting Empower's expanding 503A and 503B operations. This role owns purchasing execution, demand alignment, supplier coordination, inventory planning, and operational responsiveness ensuring uninterrupted manufacturing, service reliability, and scalable business growth. Leveraging AI-enabled forecasting, inventory analytics, workflow automation, and procurement insights as force multipliers, the position improves decision-making speed, purchasing accuracy, operational visibility, and supply chain efficiency across complex regulated environments. Success requires strategic thinking, execution rigor, learning agility, and disciplined problem solving within a hyper-growth organization balancing operational demands, supplier performance, and compliance expectations.
