You inspire teams to think beyond the ask, elevate the work, and deliver insights that help the client make stronger, faster decisions. Lead a team of analytics / insights associates successfully; guiding, coaching and developing team members; providing them with timely feedback and recognition on performance to ensure the team demonstrates high standards of performance and professional competencies Partner closely with cross-functional peers and the Account Director to elevate the client experience, align on joint business goals, and ensure NIQ is bringing forward integrated, value-creating solutions. Lead the team in listening deeply to client needs, pressure-testing the true business question, and translating those needs into the right analytic path rather than simply taking prescriptions from the client.
