Responsibilities

  • Receive, enter and manage customer orders from order receipt to shipment of product and any returns;
  • Respond to routine customer enquiries concerning orders
  • Handle incoming phone calls from various stakeholders and resolve inquiries promptly and effectively.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service or administration area, candidates after internships within logistic area are also very welcomed
  • Fluent English and French
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • High level of analytical skills andd ability to work under pressure
  • Team player with creativity, engagement, high level of multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
