Requirements

To get closer to our goal, we are looking for a: Working Student IT System Administrator (f/m/d) in part-time, 20 hours Tasks As a Working Student in our IT department, you will support the IT team in daily operations and infrastructure-related tasks. Your responsibilities will include: supporting the administration of cloud services, including Microsoft 365 assisting with the maintenance of our on-premise server infrastructure supporting Active Directory and domain controller administration helping to monitor and maintain regular backup processes supporting the management of our 3CX VoIP telephone system setting up and preparing workstations, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment providing first-level support to employees for hardware and software issues, such as Windows, printers, VPN, and Microsoft 365 assisting with IT security tasks, updates, and system monitoring supporting the documentation of IT processes, systems, and configurations helping with the implementation of new IT systems and improvement projects
