About the role

Desarrollar y gestionar planes de capacidad del almacén y estrategias de niveles de inventario ( C, D ). Programar y coordinar el flujo de materiales para apoyar la producción y el envío ( D, Q ). Diseñar y actualizar los diseños del almacén y los sistemas de almacenamiento ( C, S ). Liderar implementaciones y actualizaciones de sistemas (por ejemplo, WMS/ERP) ( C, Q ). Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para alinear la disponibilidad de materiales con las necesidades operativas ( D, Q, P ). Monitorear e informar sobre los KPIs de inventario y las tendencias ( S-Q-D-C-P ). Asegurar el cumplimiento de normas de seguridad y fomentar una cultura de prevención ( S ). Desarrollar al personal bajo su cargo mediante retroalimentación, capacitación y seguimiento ( P ).
