Project Coordinator

About the role

Roles & Responsibilities Conduct post-renovation inspections at client residential units. Review approved renovation drawings and demolition details before inspections. Coordinate inspection appointments with renovation contractors. Inspect renovation works to ensure compliance with approved HDB plans. Identify and report any non-compliance immediately with photographic evidence. Capture clear site photographs to support inspection findings. Prepare and submit inspection reports by the end of each working day. Submit weekly and monthly inspection progress reports. Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation. Liaise with client officers, contractors and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely inspections. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in building construction or site supervision. Able to work in 12-hour shifts & Weekend schedule as well Familiar with building drawings and construction practices. Good report writing and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Possess a driving licence (preferred). Able to travel to various client residential estates across Singapore. Responsible, meticulous, and able to work independently. Must have good knowledge and experience in CAD & Revit
