Responsibilities

Additional Information

We are looking for a Production Engineer to join the GM IT APS Referential team, a global organization responsible for technical support and project delivery across Referential applications. The successful candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for ensuring the availability, stability, and performance of critical production applications . This role combines technical support, incident management, automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives across a diverse technology landscape. As part of a global support organization, the Production Engineer will collaborate closely with Development, Infrastructure, and Business teams to resolve incidents efficiently and maintain service excellence. The role also includes participation in an on-call rotation and support coverage outside standard business hours within a Follow-The-Sun support model.
