Ensure effective implementation of sales CRM processes in local offices and oversee smooth daily execution by resolving issues and supporting users. Monitor process performance , gather feedback, and drive continuous improvements based on best practices . Identify improvement opportunities in sales CRM processes , define requirements, support solution design, and perform user testing. Maintain accurate and up -to- date process documentation in collaboration with relevant stakeholders . Develop and deliver process-related trainings , ensuring materials reflect current processes and system updates . Support global sales projects from CRM perspective , ensuring clear communication and successful local execution. Act as the main point of contact for sales processes and CRM system across offices.
Requirements
- Education:
- High school or University degree (preferably in business administration, economics, management)
- 6 years plus of previous work experience on similar position
- Knowledge:
- Ability to understand business priorities
- Knowledge of sales principles, metrics and KPIs
- Proven experience with active participation in CRM usage and/or CRM implementation into sales organization (ideally Salesforce)
- Understanding of databases and customer relationship management tools in general
- Salesforce CRM experience - proven user experience or certification is a nice to have
- Attention to detail and strong follow up
- Proven years of experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers
- Pro-activity, Negotiation, Out of the box thinking
- Language:
- English C1
- Basic wage component (gross): from 2100 EUR
- Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months).
- The final basic wage component can be increased according to the unique individual skills and experiences of the selected candidate.
