Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the e-commerce team to ensure promotions are launched accurately and on time.
- Retail & Event Marketing
- Support retail launch plans, roving events, pop-ups, roadshows, and brand activations.
- Coordinate event materials such as product displays, sampling kits, information cards, and promoter briefs.
- Assist in post-event reporting and customer feedback collection.
- Reporting & Market Research
- Monitor competitor campaigns, trending products, new ingredients, and beauty/wellness trends.
- Prepare simple weekly or monthly marketing reports covering campaign performance, social media growth, influencer results, and sales support activities.
- Share insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media, e-commerce, beauty, wellness, FMCG, or retail is preferred.
- Strong interest in beauty, supplements, wellness, TikTok, social media trends, and influencer marketing.
- Good writing skills for captions, briefs, scripts, and campaign copy.
- Organized, responsible, and able to manage timelines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proactive and willing to take initiative.
- Basic Canva, CapCut, TikTok, Instagram, or e-commerce platform knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee, Shopify, KOL campaigns, or retail marketing is an advantage.
