Job Description Financial Reporting Support Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and key financial reports. Collaborate with accounting teams to improve reporting processes and control Perform finance controls as per the control requirements. Assist team in performing month close and quarter close activities including variance analysis. Assisting in year end book closure , financial preparation and finanlisation. Assist in Risk Management Help Identifying financial and operational risks and assess their impact on the business. Assist in developing and recommend mitigation plans for control deficiencies. Maintain and update risk and control matrices (RCMs). Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with finance, Tax, Treasury team Support cross-functional projects impacting financial controls. Support and ensure Internal Controls & Compliance Support compliance with internal and external audit requirements. Understanding and supporting other functions on ensuring EDPMS, FEMA and STPI compliance Qualifications & Skills Education & Certifications Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field. Professional certifications such as Semi Qualified CA/ACCA/CMA/MBA Finance.
