You will also be responsible for the retraining and recertification of associates as needed. In this role, you will operate as an extension of the operations leadership team and demonstrate a genuine commitment to the success of the learner. You will be responsible for the safety, quality, and productivity of all new hire Selectors. This role requires the ability to drive results and maintain a safety focus, through excellent communication and coaching abilities while demonstrating the C&S Values. Coaches new hires in efficiency and monitor weekly performance standards. Evaluates performance and provides feedback that addresses training needs and promotes development Shares observations and feedback with Training Leadership concerning new hire progress and development Identifies training needs and makes recommendations on program effectiveness.
