Job Title: Social Worker - First Response Team Location: Trafford Pay Rate: £35 per hour Job Description: Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join its client's First Response Team in Trafford. What will your responsibilities be? Respond promptly to referrals and undertake initial assessments of children and families. Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to ensure timely interventions. Safeguard and promote the welfare of children in line with statutory requirements. Prepare clear, concise reports and maintain accurate case records. Participate in duty rota and manage urgent cases effectively. Engage with families to develop plans that address identified needs and risks. Ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and best practice standards.
