Responsibilities

  • Commercial Management
  • Lead the commercial administration of major trade packages throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare, review, and negotiate interim valuations, variations, claims, and final accounts.
  • Manage subcontractor accounts, payment certifications, and back-charge recovery.

  • Represent the company during valuation meetings and commercial negotiations.
  • Leadership & Mentoring
  • Provide guidance and supervision to Quantity Surveyors and Junior Quantity Surveyors.
  • Review commercial outputs and ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables.
  • Promote commercial best practices across project teams.
  • What We Need From You

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
  • MRICS (or equivalent professional accreditation) is strongly preferred.
  • Master's Degree is advantageous.
  • Minimum 10 years of Quantity Surveying experience within large-scale building, civil, or infrastructure projects.
  • Proven experience managing major trade packages independently.
  • Strong background in variations, claims, final accounts, subcontract management, and cost control.
  • Experience managing large steel, façade, and complex construction packages is highly preferred.
  • GCC experience is advantageous.
  • Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of standard forms of contract and commercial practices.
  • Advanced cost management and forecasting capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and commercial management systems.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
