Billing Coordinator

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent reading, writing, verbal communication, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• Experience with Salesforce and/or Axxess is a plus but not required.
• Previous experience in healthcare billing, medical records, documentation review, quality assurance, or a related field is preferred.

This critical role involves preparing and reviewing medical documentation while working closely with Patient Coordinators, Home Health Aides, Nurses, and other interdisciplinary team members.
