SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR / COMMERCIAL MANAGER TCA Design & Build | Singapore | Full-Time TCA Design & Build is a BCA-licensed design-and-build firm specialising exclusively in high-end landed residential projects - bungalows, GCBs, semi-detached houses, terraces, full rebuilds, and A&A works. We handle everything in-house: design, authority submissions, structural coordination, construction, M&E, and interior design. We are looking for a Senior QS who will take full ownership of TCA's commercial function. This is not a support role. You will be the only commercial professional on the team and you will be accountable for every number that leaves TCA's office.
