- Present design concepts and rationale to peers and stakeholders in a clear, engaging manner.
- Support team knowledge sharing by documenting design decisions and contributing to case studies or design showcases.
- Testing & Continuous Improvement
- Assist with usability testing and A/B testing to validate design solutions.
- Apply insights from data, user feedback, and testing to improve product experiences.
- Stay current with UX/UI trends, tools, and methodologies to continuously improve skills and practice.
- 4+ years in UX, UI, and product design, ideally in consultancy or digital product environments.
- Tertiary qualification in Design, HCI, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Figma, prototyping tools and the MS Office suite.
- Understanding of user-centred design principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Strong visual design and interaction design skills, with attention to detail.
- Portfolio demonstrating design work, problem-solving, and execution across UX and UI.
- Good collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
- Positive, proactive, and growth-oriented mindset with the ability to learn quickly and adapt.
