About the role

The Media Measurement and Performance Executive plays a critical role in enabling data-led media effectiveness across dunnhumby's retail media ecosystem. Sitting within the Media team, you'll work closely with clients, agencies and internal stakeholders to drive best-in-class measurement, insights and performance optimisation across campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • You'll support the delivery of measurement-first media planning by combining campaign management, analytics and client collaboration to maximise impact.
  • Own the management and optimisation of Sponsored Search & Browse campaigns to ensure best-in-class execution
  • Support the development and application of measurement frameworks across digital and in-store media channels
  • Deliver insights, reporting and performance analysis to clients and internal teams
  • Partner with commercial, planning and strategy teams to embed measurement best practices
  • Contribute to learning agendas, testing plans and training materials for clients, agencies and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • You'll bring a strong mix of analytical thinking, media knowledge and stakeholder collaboration to deliver high-quality measurement and performance outcomes.
  • Proven experience in digital media, performance marketing or retail media environments
  • Strong ability to analyse campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights
  • A track record of working with cross-functional teams including sales, strategy and product
  • Demonstrated success in stakeholder management, including presenting insights to clients or agencies
  • Familiarity with media measurement methodologies, testing frameworks or attribution approaches
