In this role, you will deliver residential energy assessments and support energy‑saving home improvement projects for customers in Clackamas County, Oregon. This role combines hands‑on home inspections with customer service built on trust, clear communication, and accountability. You will complete in‑home energy assessments, document opportunities to save energy and lower utility costs, and support weatherization and HVAC upgrade projects from start to finish. Additional responsibilities include coordinating contractors, reviewing bids and invoices for eligibility, and occasional community outreach to help homeowners learn about available programs. Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, enjoy working directly with people in their homes, and have experience in home inspections, energy efficiency, residential construction, or HVAC. This role is especially focused on serving low‑income households and helping homeowners understand the process and complete required paperwork. This is a remote position with frequent field work.
