We are lookingfor a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Lead to develop and execute marketing strategies across multiple chiropractic clinics. This role will drive brand awareness, patient acquisition and retention, and business growth through effective online and offline marketing initiatives. The Marketing Lead will work closely with clinic operations, management, and external vendors to ensure consistent branding and effective marketing performance across all platforms. KeyResponsibilities Marketing Strategy & Planning Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's business goals. Plan and execute monthly and annual marketing calendars. Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to improve marketing effectiveness. Create campaigns to increase patient acquisition, retention, and brand visibility. Digital Marketing Manage and optimize social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels. Plan and oversee paid advertising campaigns such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media promotions. Monitor website performance, SEO,and online presence. Coordinate content creation including graphics, videos, articles, and promotional materials. Branding & Communications Ensure brand consistency across all clinics and marketing materials. Develop engaging marketing content and promotional campaigns. Manage public relations, partnerships, collaborations, and community engagement activities. Lead Generation & Performance Tracking Monitor campaign performance and marketing ROI. Generate reports on marketing metrics, leads, and conversion performance. Implement strategies to improve lead generation and patient conversion rates. Utilize CRM systems and marketing tools to track customer engagement. Team & Vendor Management Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and external marketing agencies. Collaborate closely with clinic managers and operations teams for campaign execution. Event & Promotional Activities Organize health talks, workshops,roadshows, and promotional events. Coordinate clinic campaigns, seasonal promotions, and partnerships.
