Oracle Fusion ERP Order Management Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Understand and document current business procedures and identify areas for improvement.
• Plan, design, and implement systems solutions, particularly in the Order to Cash (O2C) process.
• Oversee integration between Oracle ERP and other internal (Windchill, GTM , Blue Yonder ESP/OP ) and external systems (3PL etc.,)
• Collaborate with the business team to gather business requirements and translate them into IT requirements and functional design specifications.
• Offer application support for business users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Create and maintain documentation such as process flows, functional specifications, and user guides.
• C onduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that the system meets business requirements.
• Train end-users on new processes and systems.
• Additional Information:
• This position may require occasional travel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or M aster's D egree in I nformation T echnology , Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 7 + years of experience in the Order to Cash and Supply Chain process either in Oracle, SAP or other ERP systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and proficiency in any ERP modules.
• Strong understanding of industry processes and business requirements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
• Proven track record of implementing ERP solutions that drive business value.
• Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Experience in managing large-scale systems implementations.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Experience in change management and business process re-engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
