PAY RANGE The Target Pay Range for this position is $80,200.00-$97,800.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $62,400.00 - $115,700.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role. You'll bring financial concepts to life across in-person, virtual, and digital experiences, including webinars, seminars, and innovative experiential learning programs. Your work will go beyond teaching. You will help shape how financial education is delivered by continuously improving programs to better drive engagement and real-world behavior change. You'll collaborate with internal partners and community partners to expand reach and impact while contributing fresh ideas to evolve how we support financial health. You bring more than your expertise to your role, and that matters here. Your story, perspectives, and lived experiences help shape belonging at BECU and deepen how we connect with and support our employees, our members, and our communities. This role offers a blend of flexibility and time in the field. You'll travel to locations across the BECU footprint, including schools, community organizations, and our neighborhood financial centers, averaging about two days per week, with occasional weeks of up to four days. When not traveling, you'll work remotely.
