Responsibilities Moderate user-generated content to ensure it meets community guidelines and legal standards. Provide customer support via email, chat, and phone to Norwegian -speaking players. Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively and efficiently. Collaborate with the team to ensure a safe and positive user experience. Document and report moderation findings and customer interactions. Participate in training and development programs to enhance moderation skills and product knowledge. Fluency in Norwegian and a strong command of English; additional languages are a plus. Prior experience in content moderation or customer service is beneficial. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to assess user-generated content. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Willingness to relocate to Malta and immerse yourself in a new culture.
