Grow with us and help shape the future of 4flow. What your new challenge will look like Join 4flow and shape how we position our supply chain expertise in the global market. In this role, you will: Lead the development and orchestration of global marketing campaigns across industries, regions and business lines to ensure consistent market positioning and messaging worldwide. Leverage your supply chain expertise to translate business priorities, industry trends, and customer challenges into compelling campaign narratives, messaging frameworks and communication concepts. Act as the central interface between different stakeholders to align priorities and drive execution. Plan, manage and orchestrate 4flow's key market messages across channels. Ensure all campaigns are aligned with 4flow's brand strategy, communication framework, target customer personas and positioning standards. Strengthen 4flow's market positioning and brand awareness by developing differentiated messaging based on real supply chain, logistics and operations expertise. Support the development of communication strategies, customer journeys and integrated go-to-market initiatives that drive business growth globally. Why you belong at 4flow You bring at least 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics or transportation, ideally in consulting or a comparable B2B environment. You have a strong ability to translate complex supply chain topics into clear, compelling, and differentiated market messaging. You understand how strong positioning, messaging and thought leadership contribute to business growth and market differentiation. You combine strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities and are able to manage multiple initiatives, stakeholders and priorities simultaneously. You have excellent stakeholder management skills and enjoy working across functions, regions, cultures and seniority levels in a global organization. You bring a data-driven mindset and ideally have experience with performance measurement. You take ownership, work proactively and pragmatically, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, solution-oriented environment. You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
