Responsibilities

  • Required competencies and certifications
  • Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in business development, investment sourcing, investment evaluation, mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, or related commercial functions in Singapore and/or regional markets
  • Proven track record in identifying, sourcing, and evaluating investment opportunities, strategic partnerships, joint ventures, acquisitions, or new business ventures
  • Strong capability in conducting market research, financial analysis, valuation assessments, commercial due diligence, and investment feasibility studies
  • Experience in supporting or leading commercial negotiations, transaction structuring, due diligence processes, and post-investment monitoring
  • Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Experience within Singapore and exposure to regional markets across Southeast Asia
  • Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
