Responsibilities

- Drive alignment across global teams and communicate program status, risks, and dependencies effectively.
- Prepare and present updates to leadership, including program reviews and portfolio health metrics.
- Process Improvement
- Identify and implement process enhancements to improve program execution and efficiency.
- Establish best practices for program management, reporting, and governance within the portfolio.
- Support continuous improvement efforts across Funds-In and adjacent portfolios.
- Role Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in program management, product operations, business analysis, or a related field.
- Experience working in fintech, payments, financial services, or a regulated environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with payments ecosystems, including card networks, ACH/bank transfers, digital wallets, and alternative payment methods.
- Experience supporting portfolio management or product strategy functions.
- Agile or program management certifications (e.g., Scrum, PMP) are a plus.

Position location: Denver, CO Western Union is seeking a Senior Program & Portfolio Analyst to support and drive execution across the Funds-In portfolio, a critical component of our global payments ecosystem. This role will own and manage cross-functional programs that enable customers to seamlessly fund transactions across channels, while also supporting initiatives across risk and compliance-related portfolios.
