Coordinates with designers and other content creators to ensure deadlines are met and content is delivered on time Measures and analyzes marketing performance to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns Researches and analyzes market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to create effective marketing plans Events Coordinates events, including conferences, trade shows, recruiting events, and corporate functions Develops event concepts, themes, and objectives in line with the company's marketing strategy Executes against event timelines and work plans, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met Assists with venue selection, contract negotiations, and vendor management Collaborates with internal teams to develop event agendas, content, and presentations Coordinates event promotion through various channels, such as social media, email marketing, and advertising Coordinates CLE (Continuing Legal Education) events for Arete May perform other duties as assigned by management SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask Proficiency in event management software and marketing tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work Understanding of marketing and event best practices Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines Flexibility to adapt to changing event and marketing trends.
