About the role
You will utilise this rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of community members. As a program worker, you will work towards recovery through developing individual recovery plans with participants which incorporate individual goals focusing on skill and knowledge development. These will be regularly monitored and updated. To meet the goals identified to ensure social inclusion, you will work to provide direct support to participants. You will hold a relevant qualification or demonstrated experience and skills in providing high-quality recovery-orientated services to people experiencing mental health challenges. You will also need: Tertiary Qualifications in a social science or related discipline Prior experience working within the Mental Health industry or community-based organisation Effective communication skills, verbal and written including the ability to complete reports.
