Develop and manage project budgets, procurement activities, contracts, and vendor relationships. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, risks, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Present project updates, scope changes, risks, and status reports clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all organizational levels. Facilitate and confidently lead project meetings, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure accountability and progress. Maintain and update project documentation, project artifacts, project management tools, dashboards, and status presentation materials. Monitor project performance, identify risks/issues proactively, and implement mitigation strategies. Conduct periodic site visits to construction sites to review project progress, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines. COMPENTENCY: Required Qualifications Proven experience as a Project Manager managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong strategic thinking and critical analysis skills. Experience working with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. Demonstrated experience with budgeting, procurement, contract management, and vendor coordination. Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to executive and operational audiences. Proficiency in project management tools and reporting platforms. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
Requirements
- Experience in IT infrastructure and technology deployment projects within construction environments.
- Experience in construction management and/or healthcare environments is considered a strong asset.
- Experience working within complex enterprise or public sector environments.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or related project management certifications are considered an asset.
