Job Responsibilities Assist Senior Product Managers in the development and implementation of products, ensuring timely delivery of new and/or revamped products as agreed by Product Steering Committee. Collaborate closely with distribution channels and key stakeholders to address and resolve issues arising during the implementation of new and/or revamped products. Prepare and maintain documentation required for product development and deployment, including product specifications, policy contracts, illustrations, and product approval materials. Leveraging customer and product data insights to support product innovation and identify in untapped business opportunities. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand customer needs and assess competitive positioning Support direct manager on ad hoc projects as assigned. Job Requirements University graduate in any discipline, preferably in Actuarial Science, Finance, Business Administration or related field At least 6 years relevant work experience in life insurance company Solid knowledge on life insurance products is a must. Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills with good command of spoken & written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and hands-on experience in data analytics (e.g. data analysis using Power BI) is a plus.
