Strong scientific communication and training skills, with the ability to explain complex applications to diverse customer audiences. Independent, proactive, solution-oriented mindset with willingness to travel extensively and support customers across multiple countries. Experience in a customer-facing scientific role such as applications support, field support, technical service, or customer training. Ability to work confidently across biology, chemistry, physics, and engineering topics. Fluent English required; additional European languages are a strong advantage.
