About the role

Job Purpose The Head, Group Marketing & Branding / Special Project Lead is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and driving EYS Group's marketing and branding strategy across all markets. The incumbent will develop, plan, and execute integrated marketing and branding initiatives that elevate the EYS brand, deepen consumer engagement, and support the Group's business growth agenda. The role also leads strategic collaborations between EYS and key stakeholders including partners, government agencies, industry bodies, and institutional partners. Job Description 1. Marketing & Brand Strategy - Develop and drive the Group's overarching marketing and branding strategy, aligned with EYS's long-term vision and commercial objectives. - Build, protect, and evolve the EYS brand identity and positioning across all markets and consumer touchpoints. - Lead integrated marketing campaigns - encompassing digital, social, ATL, BTL, and experiential - to drive brand awareness, preference, and customer acquisition. - Translate brand strategy into actionable plans across business units and geographies, ensuring brand consistency. 2. Campaign Planning & Execution - Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of major brand and marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal activations. - Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders -including product, retail, digital, and regional teams - to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution. - Manage marketing budgets with rigour, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and strong return on investment. - Track, measure, and report campaign performance using relevant KPIs; apply insights to continuously improve effectiveness. 3. Strategic Collaborations & Partnerships - Identify, develop, and manage strategic collaborations and co-marketing partnerships that amplify EYS's brand and reach. - Build and nurture relationships with key external stakeholders including government agencies, trade associations, healthcare institutions, and co-brand partners. - Lead negotiations and manage partnership agreements from inception through to activation and performance review. - Represent EYS externally at industry forums, conferences, and stakeholder engagements as a brand ambassador. 4. Special Projects - Spearhead high-priority special projects assigned by Group leadership, spanning brand transformation, market entry, digital initiatives, and cross-functional programmes. - Coordinate cross-departmental and cross-market project teams, ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope. - Provide strategic oversight and executive-level reporting on project progress and outcomes. 5. Team Leadership & Capability Building - Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing and branding team across the Group. - Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team. - Champion adoption of best-in-class marketing tools, data analytics, and digital capabilities across the function. Job Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline. - MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage. - Minimum 10 years of progressive marketing and branding experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity. - Proven track record in the FMCG, Retail, or Healthcare/ Wellness industry. - Demonstrated experience managing multi-market or regional marketing functions. - Strong portfolio of successful integrated marketing campaigns and brand-building programmes. - Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into executable plans. - Strong commercial acumen with experience managing significant marketing budgets. - Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior and C-suite level. - Data-driven approach to decision-making; proficient in marketing analytics and performance measurement. - Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. - Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, CRM, and MarTech tools. - Bilingual in English and Mandarin is an advantage, given the Group's regional presence.
